Descendants of the seven sons of Jeremiah and Susannah (Birgit) Youngblood met Sunday, September 8th at the Sportsman's Center in Blue Eye, MO for the 19th Annual Youngblood Reunion, with five of the sevens sons being represented.

The Invocation was given by Ertie Youngblood, followed by a feast that would have left our ancestors in awe. A computer, scanner and printer, courtesy of Shirley Bohannon, was on hand to share photographs and other genealogical material. Our thanks to Leroy New, from Shepherd of the Hills, Branson, for providing the music and entertainment enjoyed by all. He was joined at various times by several of our own very talented singers and musicians: Jesse and Ertie Youngblood; Wilma and Randy Straub; Omar Gibson; (and probably others I missed).

An excursion to several cemeteries in the area was made on Saturday and proved to be one of the hi-lights of the weekend. Guides for this tour were Larry and Linda Pyshny, of Omaha, AR.
